Our property has a building manager a.k.a. caretaker or resident manager. He lives in the unit 201. All day-to-day building issues should be reported to caretaker.

His role is the most important role if you want the buildint to run smoothly. Thanks to him, the Strata Council has much less stress and everyone in the complex is happy.

The caretaker performs:

Janitorial duties

Deals with external contractors when they are on the property

Answers your calls ( between 9 am and 5 pm working days )

Please, do not call the Resident Caretaker outside of working hours. Since recently, the resident manager doesn't work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as well.
