I have created a new email address bcs2388@gmail.com which should use to contact your Property Management company and the Strata Council. This was suppose to be the last email address you should learn regardless who is in Strata Council or what company manages our property.
However, the Property Management company and some Strata Council members don't like such idea because the they prefer to filter out emails and not let everyone know what is happening at the property.
On this we will never hear a story like this one, which you can read if you click here.
If you would like to stay in touch with the other BCS 2388 owners, you can send email to encore.owners@gmail.com and request to be added on the distribution list. In order to be a member of the list you must be the property owner and be accepted by the existing members. Some verification will be required.
